As a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer, when Webb's Electric, Heating & Air installs a new Carrier Furnace, Air Source Heat Pump or Air Conditioner, your equipment and installation is covered by a Carrier Corporation backed 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Carrier equipment or installation, Webb's Electric, Heating & Air and Carrier Corporation will make every attempt to resolve your concerns.
If we fail to resolve those concerns, Webb's Electric, Heating & Air will come out and remove the equipment we installed and issue a refund to you.
